Burnham Market

Burnham Market, once a thriving livestock market town, is now a bustling village with many shops surrounding the various village greens. Also known to many as Chelsea-on-sea by it's visitors and locals alike, the village is much loved by all and has been visted or even home to many famous faces.

The original Burnham Market village sign was unveiled in back in 1978 by Viscount Coke, local landowner and resident of Holkham Hall. The sign depicts an eleborate market scene in Burnham Market during the 15th century reflecting the history of the village as though a snippet of time has been captured.
