A Seal on Blakeney Point
Blakeney is located on the North Norfolk Coast with the quay being a perfect place for crabbing – you’ll find many people trying it out on a summers afternoon!
Blakeney Point is a natural spit which stretches out into to the North Sea. The spit is home to a large colony of seals. The site is currently managed by the National Trust who aim to maintain a safe habitat for the seals and many birds who also nest there and call the spit home. Boat trips are run regularly from the Quayside at Blakeney and the local village of Morston by several differing companies.
